This post breaks over a year’s worth of silence here (outside of a few Anecdotes posted to make my father happy on his birthday!). There have been a lot of changes in my life. People who follow me closely likely already know the story. Those of you who don’t can use your powers of observation to draw some conclusions, or you can ask me. October 1, 2013 As the sun rose toward noon, the seven Luminari gathered in the tower of Del Sayronet. With them was Wyatt the Eldest, with Lask’s cloak around him, which would render him invisible to Dark eyes. Fragments of Darkslaying. May 5th 2015 When the door burst inward, Falient was thrown back from it to the side of the room. There was a deafening explosion. January 27th, 2016 The sounds of cannon fire and shouting rang across the river as the sun was rising. Moloch’s army had arrived in the night as the Train passed, and had begun their assault on Corerrofin hours before sunup. Lask had left Stefin to oversee the battlefield, and returned to Avigdell. Anecdote LVII. Allies in Time

January 18th, 2016 Lask engaged the time dial on his forearm with a final click, gold magic curling around his wrist and hand, engulfing the key as he slid it into the door. He glanced at Giemm, who nodded. Lask opened the door, peering around it with cautious eyes. The door opened into a dim chamber. Lask recognized the space of the huge master bedroom of Kotelvira, but the room was back in the Dark stronghold of Kotelgrym.
