Good morning, all!
Good morning, all!
I’ve posted the trailer for The Mirror of Dùmsaro up on Youtube. You can view it below, and on the book’s page.
Unlike previous trailers, this one contains a poem written in Aetherian, which foreshadows events in this book, and the following one. I’ve posted the poem and its translation here, and on the Aetherian page.

|Now come the days
of the shadows of old
When the dead shall tread
over our great land
And the curse of the ages
comes back to the fore
And the time of the reckoning
comes to hand.
Here shall they march,

There’s still time to enter the giveaway for book four, so get your name in the drawing before May 13th!
Hi all! I’ve finally finished the pronunciation guide for Bound By Blood. I do apologize for taking so long with it. I was sick a lot this winter, which did a number on my voice. My microphone decided to give up the ghost as well, and I’ve just recently procured a new one. (excuses, excuses…) I will try to be a bit more prompt in putting one up for book three.
With no further adieu, here is the pronunciation video. I will include it on the book’s page as well for easy reference.
Things are on track for book four’s release in June. Don’t forget to enter the giveaway if you haven’t already. I also uploaded some sketches to my DeviantArt yesterday, which might give a few hints to characters and events coming up in books four and five.
In celebration of finishing my reading of the proof, I have posted chapter one of The Mirror Of Dùmsaro for free reading on the book page, or you can download the chapter directly here. Also on the book page, you’ll find a few illustrations that go with the book. Some of them are rather old, so I apologize. A couple are borderline embarrassing, but I thought I’d share anyway.
I’ve also started a giveaway on Goodreads, so be sure to enter to win one of 10 signed copies!
I finished up the cover of book four today. I will have the book page for The Mirror of Dùmsaro up soon, but for now you can view the cover below. Click the image for a larger version.
Also, I’ve posted an article on my experiences with book signings below. If you’re an author thinking of doing them, or just someone who wants to know a little more about what they entail, it might be worth reading. Maybe.
