I am an avid reader and writer, who fell in love with the fantasy genre at a young age. I began writing at eight years old and haven’t stopped since. Words have been my life-long passion, leading me to achieve a Magna cum Laude B.A. in English from the University of Mary Washington, with an unofficial concentration in Medieval Literature. During the course of my university career, I also studied both ancient and medieval History, as well as Latin/Classics.
I am currently employed with the regional library system for my area, where I work in the circulation department. This is the perfect job for me, as I get to have my hands on countless books a day and share my enthusiasm for books with other people. Working in the library puts me at a prime vantage point to observe the current book market, and see what people are reading and enjoying.
